Step 1:
- At the top of the pouch, identify the tear line.
- Ensure coffee grounds have settled at bottom of pouch before tearing top of filter bag pouch.

Step 2:
- Shake lightly to level and settle coffee grounds.
- Gently pull the filter bag hangers outwards and place hangers onto the cup.

Step 3:
- Boil water and allow it to cool to 93 - 95°C. (Leaving freshly boiled water to cool naturally for 45 secs to 1 min will enable it to reach the temperature.)
- Slowly pour 160ml - 200ml of the water in 2 to 3 sessions. Take care not to overfill the bag during each pour.

Step 4:
- Once water has been completely filtered through the coffee bag.
- Proceed to safely remove the filter bag using the hangers or the tip of the bag once it is not hot.
