What type of coffee is used in your products?
We carefully select beans from various origins and roast them to bring out the distinctive flavours of each origin. We offer a range of blends and specialty coffees in our products.

How is your coffee packed?
We use Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to preserve the freshness of our coffee. This technology reduces oxygen to less than 1% and maintains the aroma and flavour of the coffee for a longer period.
How should I store Millennia Coffee Co.’s Products?
For optimal freshness, store your purchases in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Is your product certified Halal?
Our product is currently not certified halal.
Drip Coffee Bags
What are Drip Coffee Bags?
Drip coffee bags are pre-portioned single servings of ground coffee sealed in a filter bag. They provide a convenient, mess-free way to brew a cup of coffee by simply pouring hot water over the bag.
How many times can I use a Drip Coffee Bag?
Our Drip Bags are designed for one use where extraction of the coffee is done only once.
We do not recommend to brew multiple times using the same Drip Bag as the taste will not be the same and not ideal.
How do I use a Drip Coffee Bag?
To use a drip coffee bag, simply place the bag over a mug, pour hot water over it, and let the coffee drip through into the cup. Each bag is designed to brew a cup a coffee.

What’s the best way to brew coffee using Drip Coffee Bags?
For the best results, use freshly boiled water (about 93°C -95°C) and pour it slowly over the coffee bag, allowing it to drip through into your cup. Adjust the amount of water (160ml – 200ml) to suit your taste.

Can I use Drip Coffee Bags to make ice coffee?
Yes, after freshly brewing the cup of coffee, you may add ice to your preference.
We recommend trying the Light and Medium Roast coffees in our Drip Coffee Bag Series over ice, as the cold enhances their flavours and provides a dynamic experience.
Can I drink brew made from a Drip Coffee Bag straight away?
Yes, 1 Drip Bag makes a fresh cup of arabica coffee.
You can have the freshly brewed coffee as it is or have it with milk, sugar and even ice according to your preferences.
Do note that experience may vary depending on how you enjoy the cup of coffee.

We have carefully selected beans from distinct origins, each roasted to a specific profile that enhances the unique flavour characteristics of its region.
While this range of flavours doesn’t cover the entire spectrum of coffee, it allows our customers to easily explore and enjoy the unique characteristics of each, without much hassle.

We offer standard and express shipping options.
Standard Shipping

- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Our standard shipping option is the primary choice, with delivery taking up to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- This option does not come with tracking number.
Express Shipping
- Cost: $5.00
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- For faster delivery, our express shipping option will get your order to you in 1-3 business days, ensuring a quicker arrival.
- This options comes with tracking number.

Orders placed after 2PM on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on local orders over a certain spending amount during different marketing campaign periods.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your shipping method and location. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, while express shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
For customers who selected the 'Express' option, you can track your order for updates.
How can I track my order?
Note: A tracking number is provided only for orders using the Express shipping option.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's status
Do you have self-collection options?
We currently do not offer self-collection options, as our products are stored separately in a warehouse dedicated to delivery fulfillment only.
Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
Yes, we do deliver outside of Singapore. To check the rates, please contact us at enquiry@millenniacoffee.com, and we will reach out to you.

What happens if I have entered an incorrect address?
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

However, please note that this request can only be processed if your order has not been dispatched for delivery. While we will make every effort to resolve the issue, there may be delays or possible non-delivery beyond the expected timeframe.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any food and beverage items.
Currently, we only offer returns, exchanges, and refunds on a case-by-case basis for non-food items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products due to reasons such as 'change of mind.
Please always ensure that the items you are purchasing are correct.

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution.
Can I return a product that’s opened or used?
For non-food items, we generally require that the item is unused and in its original condition for returns or exchanges.
However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for defective products.
Food items cannot be returned once opened or used, due to food hygiene and safety concerns.
Can I get a refund if my order hasn’t been delivered?
If your order has not been delivered, please check the tracking information (if available) first. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
To ensure that your delivery always has a tracking number, select the 'Express' option at checkout.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For non-food merchandise returns, you are required to pay for return shipping, unless the item is proven to be damaged or defective.
In such cases, we will communicate with you regarding the resolution.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
If you would like to initiate a return, exchange, or refund for non-food items, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
For food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to food hygiene and safety concerns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return, exchange, or refund request for non-food merchandise is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
